This service is for the couple who has a general direction they want to take their wedding day but just don’t know how to piece together the details. If you already have a few vendors chosen, but need help with the last few vendors on your list, we are here to share our local favorites!

Every piece of your wedding day should tell the story of your love through design and we are here to help you tell that story! From the table scape to your send off we will make sure that your wedding day is curated to reflect your unique vision.

Planning

• Guidance on booking final vendors

• Main contact for vendors 6 months prior to the wedding date

• Problem-solving, mediators, and advocates to maintain your vision throughout your engagement period

• Monthly meetings via Zoom or in-person

• Access to customized planning software with your own client portal

• Construction of detailed wedding day timeline

• Wedding advice & etiquette

Design + Styling

• Completely custom & unique design concept crafted to reflect YOU

• Custom mood boards created in the design process for you to see your wedding style come to life!

• Creation of cohesive stationary throughout the entire day-of experience

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

This package begins 30 days prior to your wedding. This package is built for the organized couple who has planned the entire day, booked vendors, and secured design elements but wants to pass off the reigns so that they can enjoy every second of the wedding month and day, leaving all of the details in the hands of the professionals! We take over every minute task so that you, your family, and closest friends can kick your legs up and sip on your mimosa’s on wedding morning rather than worrying about where the napkins go.

We understand that you have put months of hard work into creating your dream day and we are here to make sure it is executed! We will get you down the aisle, make sure your wedding day runs on time, and oversee every detail in between on wedding day so that you can dance the night away with all of your favorite people!

Prior To Wedding Day

• Main vendor contact during the month prior to wedding

• Execution of final wedding month details that you need assistance with

• Construction of wedding day timeline

• Assistance in venue layout & decor placement decisions

• Run the ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day

• Point person for all vendors & the entire day-of the wedding
